HTC One M9 is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto G9 Play, with a score of 77.7 against 76.7. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but HTC One M9 has older 5.0 version while Motorola Moto G9 Play has Android 10 version. Although HTC One M9 is notably older and a little bit thicker than Motorola Moto G9 Play, it's body is still much lighter.

The Moto G9 Play features a much longer battery life than HTC One M9, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
