The Motorola One Hyper has a global score of 79.8, which is a bit better than the HTC One M9's global score of 77.7. The Motorola One Hyper is a extremely newer and just a little bit thinner cellphone than the HTC One M9, but it is also incredibly heavier. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Motorola One Hyper has a more recent 11 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version, counting with a couple nice extra features and optimized performance.

Although Motorola One Hyper is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HTC One M9. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy HTC One M9, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
