Comparison review
The HTC One M9 is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017), having a 77.7 score against 75.8. Although HTC One M9 is older and thicker than the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017), it's body is still somewhat lighter. HTC One M9 has a much better display than Galaxy A7 (2017), because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1920 x 1080px, the HTC One M9 also counts with a just a bit higher screen density.
The Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) counts with a bit more storage to store more games and applications than HTC One M9, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017) also has a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 256 GB. HTC One M9 has a superior processor than Galaxy A7 (2017), and although they both have a 3 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor, the HTC One M9 also has an extra GPU and a 64-bits processor.
HTC One M9 features a little bit better camera than Galaxy A7 (2017), because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low-light photos and video, it also counts with a lot higher (4K) video definition and a back-facing camera with a better 20 mega pixels resolution.
