Although Galaxy A71 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC One M9. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy A71, else you can save some dollars and buy the HTC One M9, letting go some features and specifications.
