The Galaxy M21 has a score of 84.1, which is just a bit better than HTC One M9's global score of 77.7. The Galaxy M21 body is noticeably newer and just a little bit thinner, but somewhat heavier than HTC One M9. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy M21 has the newer 11 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0.

The HTC One M9 counts with just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy M21, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have 8 cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bit processor and a graphics co-processor. HTC One M9 features a brighter display than Galaxy M21, because although it has a much smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a little more pixels per display inch.

The Samsung Galaxy M21 counts with a better camera than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy M21 also has a much better 48 megapixels resolution back facing camera, a larger aperture and a bigger sensor which gives a better image and video quality.

Galaxy M21 has a much better memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC One M9, because it has more internal storage capacity and a SD extension slot that supports up to 512 GB. The Galaxy M21 has a way better battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 111% more battery capacity.
