The Galaxy M30 has a score of 82.4, which is just a bit better than HTC One M9's 77.7 score. The Galaxy M30 construction is much newer and thinner than the HTC One M9's, although it is a bit heavier. Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M30 has a more recent 9.0 Pie version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version.
The HTC One M9 features a greater hardware performance than Galaxy M30, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64 bits CPU and a graphics co-processor. The HTC One M9 counts with a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy M30, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher number of pixels in each inch in the display.
HTC One M9 shoots better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy M30, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for taking pictures and/or video in low light environments, it also counts with a way bigger sensor providing a way higher image quality, a back-facing camera with lot more mega pixels and a much better 3840x2160 video resolution.
Galaxy M30 features a lot bigger memory to store more apps and games than HTC One M9, because it has a SD extension slot that holds up to 512 GB and 128 GB internal storage. The Galaxy M30 has a much longer battery lifetime than HTC One M9, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
