The Galaxy Note 20 is much better than HTC One M9, having a score of 90.8 against 77.7. The Galaxy Note 20 is a a lot newer and thinner phone than the HTC One M9, but it's also somewhat heavier. HTC One M9 features a bit more powerful CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bit CPU and an extra graphics co-processor.

The HTC One M9 counts with a brighter display than Galaxy Note 20, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit better count of pixels per inch of display. The Galaxy Note 20 has a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than HTC One M9, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 has a little bit better camera than HTC One M9, because although it has a back camera with a lot worse 12 megapixels resolution, it also counts with a much larger back camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a way higher video quality and a larger aperture to take better captures in low light environments.

The Galaxy Note 20 features a really longer battery duration than HTC One M9, because it has 4300mAh of battery capacity instead of 2840mAh.

Although Galaxy Note 20 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC One M9. If you prefer to save some money, you can get HTC One M9, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
