Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is way better than HTC One M9, with a 98.9 score against 77.7. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra design is incredibly newer and thinner than HTC One M9's, although it is way heavier. These devices include Android operating system, but Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0, offering a couple additional features and optimized performance.
HTC One M9 has a bit more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bits CPU and an extra graphics processing unit. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra features a much better camera than HTC One M9, because it has a much more megapixels camera in the back, a lot larger camera sensor which gives a way higher photo and video quality, a larger aperture and a way higher 7680x4320 video quality. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a much better memory capacity to store more apps and games than HTC One M9, because it has a SD extension slot that allows up to 1000 GB and 96 GB more internal memory.
Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra counts with a way better battery duration than HTC One M9, because it has a 58 percent greater battery size.
Although Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC One M9. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, otherwise you can save some money and get the HTC One M9, giving up a couple specifications.
