The Samsung Galaxy Note10 is much better than the HTC One M9, having an 89 score against 77.7. Samsung Galaxy Note10's design is notably newer and somewhat thinner, but just a bit heavier than HTC One M9. HTC One M9 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy Note10, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have 8 CPU cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64 bits processor and a graphics processing unit.

HTC One M9 has a better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note10, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel density. The Samsung Galaxy Note10 shoots clearer videos and photos than HTC One M9, because although it has a back facing camera with way less MP resolution, a lower 3840x2160 video definition and a tinier sensor taking worse quality pictures, it also counts with a lot bigger aperture.

Although Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC One M9. If you are trying to save some money, you can get HTC One M9, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
