Comparison review

The Galaxy Note5 has a score of 80.2, which is a bit better than the HTC One M9's overall score of 77.7. Even though the Galaxy Note5 and the HTC One M9 were released with only 6 months difference, Galaxy Note5's body is a little heavier but a lot thinner. HTC One M9 has just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the HTC One M9 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a 64 bits processor.

HTC One M9 features a little bit better screen than Samsung Galaxy Note5, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a lot worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a just a little lower pixels density. HTC One M9 has just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for shooting photos or videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the HTC One M9 also counts with a bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a more megapixels back camera.

The HTC One M9 counts with slightly more storage for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note5, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 128 GB. Samsung Galaxy Note5 features a bit superior battery life than HTC One M9, because it has a 3000mAh battery capacity.
