The HTC One M9 has a little bit better camera than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a much smaller aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the HTC One M9 also counts with a much better resolution camera in the back and a bigger back-facing camera sensor.
