Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a general score of 94.8, which is a lot better than the HTC One M9's 77.7 overall score. Samsung Galaxy S20 is a much newer and somewhat thinner device than HTC One M9, although it's a little bit heavier. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S20 has the newer 13 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version.

HTC One M9 features a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy S20, because although it has 9 GB less RAM, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bits processor and an extra GPU. The HTC One M9 features a slightly better looking display than Galaxy S20, although it has a just a little worse display density, a little smaller screen and a way lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.

The Galaxy S20 has a superior storage for games and applications than HTC One M9, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1000 GB. The Galaxy S20 has a way better battery life than HTC One M9, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.

The Galaxy S20 counts with a slightly better camera than HTC One M9, because although it has a camera in the back with a much worse 12 MP resolution, it also counts with a larger aperture for better low-light images and video, a way better video quality and a way larger back-facing camera sensor providing a much higher image quality.

Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the HTC One M9. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy S20, otherwise you can save some money and buy the HTC One M9, resigning a couple specifications.
