Comparison review
The Galaxy S21 Ultra is much better than HTC One M9, having a 98.1 score against 77.7. Galaxy S21 Ultra's design is extremely newer and a little thinner than HTC One M9's, but it is extremely heavier. These phones include Android operating system, but the Galaxy S21 Ultra has newer 11 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with a little sharper display than HTC One M9, because it has a much bigger screen, a just a bit greater screen pixels density and a way higher 1440 x 3200 resolution. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra counts with much more storage to install applications and games than HTC One M9, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 96 GB more internal storage.
The HTC One M9 features a little better processing power than Galaxy S21 Ultra, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a graphics processing unit and a 64 bits CPU. The Galaxy S21 Ultra features a really longer battery life than HTC One M9, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra takes much clearer photos and videos than HTC One M9, because it has a bigger aperture, a way higher 7680x4320 video quality, a lot larger back camera sensor and a lot higher resolution back-facing camera.
Although Galaxy S21 Ultra is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC One M9. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can buy HTC One M9, letting go some specs and features, but you will get the most with your savings.
