Galaxy S25 Ultra has a general score of 90.7, which is better than HTC One M9's 77.7 overall score. Both devices we are comparing use Android operating system, but the Galaxy S25 Ultra has 14 version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0. Galaxy S25 Ultra is a much thinner and notably lighter cellphone than the HTC One M9.
