The Galaxy S7 is a bit better than HTC One M9, with a general score of 79.5 against 77.7. The Galaxy S7 is a newer device, and it is also a bit lighter and thinner than HTC One M9. The HTC One M9 counts with a faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a 64-bits processor, an additional graphics co-processor and a higher number of cores (but slower).

The Samsung Galaxy S7 counts with just a bit better looking screen than HTC One M9, because it has a greater pixels amount in each inch in the screen, a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a quite larger screen. Samsung Galaxy S7 features a bit more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than HTC One M9, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S7 also has a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 200 GB.

The HTC One M9 takes a bit better pictures and videos than Galaxy S7, because although it has a much tinier aperture which is not recommended for low light photography, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the HTC One M9 also counts with a back camera with much more MP and a larger camera sensor shooting higher quality videos and photos.

The Galaxy S7 counts with a bit better battery lifetime than HTC One M9, because it has a 6 percent larger battery size.

The Galaxy S7 not only is the best phones in our comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper, which makes it a great choice.
