Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is much better than HTC One M9, with an 85.6 score against 77.7. Both of these phones use Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has 11 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a noticeably newer and notably thinner device than HTC One M9, although it's heavier.
HTC One M9 counts with a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has a bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel density. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 features a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than HTC One M9, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
HTC One M9 counts with a bit faster processor than Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the HTC One M9 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit and a 64-bit CPU. The Galaxy Z Flip 3 has improved battery lifetime than HTC One M9, because it has a 16% bigger battery capacity.
The HTC One M9 captures much clearer videos and photos than Galaxy Z Flip 3, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light photography and video, it also counts with a much higher 20 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One M9.
