Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G has a global score of 92.3, which is much better than HTC One M9's score of 77.7. Both of these phones have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G has 11 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G's design is newer and extremely thinner than HTC One M9's, but it is also heavier.
The HTC One M9 has a bit faster processing unit than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bits CPU and a graphics co-processor. The HTC One M9 has a more vivid screen than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because although it has a way smaller display and a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a little better pixel count in each screen inch.
Galaxy Z Flip 5G counts with a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC One M9, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G counts with longer battery lifetime than HTC One M9, because it has a 16% bigger battery capacity.
The Galaxy Z Flip 5G counts with a slightly better camera than HTC One M9, because although it has a tinier back camera sensor taking less light and washed colors, a back camera with a way worse resolution and a worse video resolution, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture.
Although Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than HTC One M9, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as HTC One M9. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the HTC One M9, giving up a couple features and specs.
