Comparison review
Sony Xperia 1 VI is a little bit better than HTC One M9, having an 83.2 score against 77.7. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia 1 VI has the newer 14 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0. The Sony Xperia 1 VI construction is much lighter and notably thinner than the HTC One M9.
HTC One M9 features a way better performance than Xperia 1 VI, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bit CPU and an extra graphics co-processor. The HTC One M9 features a slightly better looking screen than Sony Xperia 1 VI, although it has a way worse resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a lot smaller display and a lot lower pixels density.
The Xperia 1 VI has a very superior camera than HTC One M9, and although they both have the same video definition, the Xperia 1 VI also has a larger aperture to take better images and videos in low light environments, a way bigger back-facing camera sensor, faster video frame rate and a much higher resolution back camera.
The Xperia 1 VI features a much greater memory to store more games and applications than HTC One M9, because it has more internal storage and a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1 TB. The Xperia 1 VI has a superior battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 76% greater battery capacity.
