Sony Xperia 1 VI is a little bit better than HTC One M9, having an 83.2 score against 77.7. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Sony Xperia 1 VI has the newer 14 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0. The Sony Xperia 1 VI construction is much lighter and notably thinner than the HTC One M9.
HTC One M9 features a way better performance than Xperia 1 VI, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bit CPU and an extra graphics co-processor. The Xperia 1 VI has a superior battery performance than HTC One M9, because it has a 76% greater battery capacity.
