The Sony Xperia 10 II has a general score of 78.5, which is a little bit better than the HTC One M9's 77.7 global score. Sony Xperia 10 II's construction is extremely newer, a little bit lighter and thinner than HTC One M9. These phones come with Android operating system, but Sony Xperia 10 II has the newer 10 version and HTC One M9 has Android 5.0 version.

HTC One M9 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Xperia 10 II, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bits processor and an additional GPU. HTC One M9 has a much better display than Sony Xperia 10 II, although it has a just a little inferior pixel count per inch in the screen, a bit worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a little smaller display.
