HTC One M9 is just a bit better than the Sony Xperia XZs, having a 77.7 score against 77.2. The HTC One M9 body is a bit lighter than Sony Xperia XZs, but it's somewhat thicker and was released many years before. The HTC One M9 counts with a better screen than Xperia XZs, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080 resolution, the HTC One M9 also counts with a little bit higher amount of pixels in each screen inch.
