Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite is just a bit better than the HTC One M9, having a 77.7 score against 77.7. Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite's body is a little heavier but way thinner than HTC One M9. Both devices in this comparison come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite has newer 8.1 Oreo version while HTC One M9 has Android 5.0, so it provides a couple additional features.
The HTC One M9 counts with a much better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the screen. HTC One M9 features a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 8 processing cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with an extra graphics co-processor and a 64-bits CPU.

HTC One M9 has a little bit better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8 Lite, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is worse for capturing images or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the HTC One M9 also counts with a way more mega-pixels camera in the back and a bigger sensor capturing higher quality pictures.
