Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is better than HTC One max, having a global score of 81.6 against 69.6. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a more recent 5.0 version and HTC One max has Android 4.4.2. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 construction is newer, lighter and thinner than HTC One max.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a little bit better performance than HTC One max, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 also has a much better graphics processing unit running at 500 megahertz and a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy Note 4 has just a bit better display than HTC One max, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher screen pixel density and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px.

The Galaxy Note 4 takes much better videos and photos than HTC One max, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for shooting photos and/or video in low-light situations, it also counts with a camera with lot more mega pixels, a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking higher quality pictures and videos and a way better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.

The Galaxy Note 4 features a very superior memory for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC One max, because it has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 128 GB and 32 GB internal storage capacity. HTC One max counts with a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy Note 4, because it has a 2% more battery capacity.

The Galaxy Note 4 costs a bit more than HTC One max, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a better phone for that extra money.
