The Galaxy Note 4 is better than HTC One max, getting a overall score of 81.6 against 70.8. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 4 has newer 5.0 version and HTC One max has Android 4.4.2. The Galaxy Note 4 is a newer phone, and it's also somewhat lighter and thinner than HTC One max.

The Galaxy Note 4 has a bit more powerful CPU than HTC One max, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 4 also has a faster GPU running at 500 megahertz and more RAM. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a little more vivid screen than HTC One max, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a greater pixel density and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px.
