Sony Xperia Z3 has a score of 75.8, which is just a bit better than the HTC One max's global score of 70.8. Sony Xperia Z3's body is newer, much thinner and noticeably lighter than the HTC One max. These phones have Android operating system, but Sony Xperia Z3 has newer 4.4.4 version while HTC One max has Android 4.4.2, providing you a couple nice extra features.

The Xperia Z3 has a little bit better processing power than HTC One max, and although they both have 4 cpu cores, the Xperia Z3 also has more RAM and a better 450 megahertz graphics processor. Xperia Z3 features a sharper display than HTC One max, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal 1920 x 1080 resolution, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a bit higher pixel amount in each screen inch.
