Galaxy S III is a little bit better than HTC One mini 2, with a overall score of 70 against 64.6. The Galaxy S III design is somewhat thinner and just a little lighter than HTC One mini 2. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S III has an older 4.3 version while HTC One mini 2 has Android 4.4 version.
The Samsung Galaxy S III features a bit more powerful processing unit than HTC One mini 2, because although it has 2 lesser processing cores , it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor and a greater amount of RAM memory. The HTC One mini 2 has a little sharper display than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal 1280 x 720 resolution, the HTC One mini 2 also counts with a just a bit better number of pixels in each screen inch.
