Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S III has a more recent 4.3 version while HTC One X AT&T has Android 4.2.2 version, so it offers a lot of extra features and a performance increase.

HTC One X AT&T and Samsung Galaxy S III count with similar screens, because although the Samsung Galaxy S III has a just a bit lower display density, and they both have the same resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, it also counts with a little bigger display. Samsung Galaxy S III features a little better hardware performance than HTC One X AT&T, and although they both have a Dual-Core processor and a 400 MHz graphics processing unit, the Samsung Galaxy S III also has 1 GB more RAM memory.

The Samsung Galaxy S III has a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC One X AT&T, and although they both have equal 16 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy S III also has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 64 GB. The Galaxy S III has just a bit better battery performance than HTC One X AT&T, because it has 2100mAh of battery capacity instead of 1800mAh.

Galaxy S III features a better camera than HTC One X AT&T, although it has a way tinier camera aperture, they both have the same video frame rates, a same resolution camera and the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality.

Despite of being the best phone in our comparison, Galaxy S III is also very cheap compared to the other devices, which makes this phone a no doubt choice.
