The Google Nexus 6 features a much better screen than HTC One X10, because it has a better 2560 x 1440 resolution, a little bit greater quantity of pixels in each inch of screen and a quite larger display. The HTC One X10 has a much bigger memory for games and applications than Google Nexus 6, because although it has just 32 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB.
Google Nexus 6 has just a bit better processing power than HTC One X10, because although it has 4 less cores (but faster), and they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Google Nexus 6 also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.
