LG G5 has a score of 76.1, which is a bit better than the HTC One X10's global score of 73.8. LG G5 counts with Android 8.0 Oreo operating system, and HTC One X10 works with Android, HTC Sense UI operating system. The LG G5 body is just a little bit thinner and just a little lighter than the HTC One X10, even though it was released about 13 months before.

The HTC One X10 has a bit faster processing unit than LG G5, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with 4 more CPU cores. The LG G5 features a little bit better screen than HTC One X10, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels amount in each inch in the screen and a better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution.

The LG G5 captures clearer videos and photos than HTC One X10, and although they both have the same resolution camera, the LG G5 also has a bigger camera aperture and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution. The HTC One X10 and the LG G5 both feature incredibly similar storage to install games and applications, both of them have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity and a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.

HTC One X10 features a much longer battery duration than LG G5, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.

Although LG G5 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC One X10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the HTC One X10. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the HTC One X10, and give up a few features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
