Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is much better than HTC One X10's 73.8 score. The Galaxy S20 body is much newer, just a little lighter and a little thinner than HTC One X10. The Galaxy S20 comes with Android 13 operating system, while HTC One X10 comes with Android, HTC Sense UI operating system.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 has a better looking display than HTC One X10, because it has more pixels per inch in the display, a much better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and a bit larger display. The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than HTC One X10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has more RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S20 features a superior camera than HTC One X10, because although it has a back-facing camera with a lot worse resolution, it also counts with a larger aperture and a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality. Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a way bigger memory to store more games and applications than HTC One X10, because although it has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
