Xperia 5 II has just a little better processing power than HTC One X10, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 5 II also has 5 GB more RAM memory.

The Xperia 5 II features a bit better screen than HTC One X10, because it has a quite higher pixels density, a little bit larger display and a slightly better 1080 x 2520 resolution.
