The Nokia N78 is a little bit better than HTC Touch, having a score of 40.8 against 37.5. Although Nokia N78 and HTC Touch were released with only 8 months difference, Nokia N78's body is just a little bit lighter but a bit thicker. The Nokia N78 comes with Symbian 9.3 operating system, and HTC Touch works with Windows Mobile Professional 6.0 operating system.

The Nokia N78 counts with a much better display than HTC Touch, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 320 x 240px, the Nokia N78 also counts with a quite greater amount of pixels in each inch of display.
