Pantech Pocket comes with Android 2.3 OS, while HTC Touch comes with Windows Mobile Professional 6.0 OS. The Pantech Pocket has a much better screen than HTC Touch, because it has a way higher display density, a much bigger display and a lot better 800 x 600 resolution.
