The Apple iPhone 6s Plus body is a little thinner than the HTC U Play, although it is way heavier and was released around 18 months before. The iPhone 6s Plus has a much better screen than HTC U Play, because although it has a bit worse pixel density, and they both have an equal resolution of 1920 x 1080, the iPhone 6s Plus also counts with a bit larger screen.
