Comparison review
The Asus ROG Phone is slightly better than HTC U Play, having a 77.1 score against 73.5. Asus ROG Phone is a newer cellphone than the HTC U Play, although it is noticeably heavier and just a bit thicker. Asus ROG Phone features a bit better CPU than HTC U Play, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Asus ROG Phone also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Asus ROG Phone features a little more vivid display than HTC U Play, because although it has a bit lower display pixel density, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2160px and a larger display. The Asus ROG Phone has a superior memory for apps and games than HTC U Play, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal memory.
HTC U Play takes greater videos and photos than Asus ROG Phone, although it has slower 30 fps video frame rate and a tinier aperture, they both have the same (Full HD) video definition. Asus ROG Phone counts with a way better battery lifetime than HTC U Play, because it has a 60 percent larger battery size.
Although Asus ROG Phone is a better device, it is way more expensive than the HTC U Play, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the HTC U Play. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Asus ROG Phone, otherwise you can save some money and buy the HTC U Play, resigning a couple specs and features.
