The LG K52 is just a bit better than HTC U Play, getting a general score of 76 against 73.5. The LG K52 construction is much newer than the HTC U Play's, although it is a little thicker and much heavier. The LG K52 has a bit faster CPU than HTC U Play, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the LG K52 also has 1 GB more RAM.
HTC U Play has a brighter screen than LG K52, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and a way better screen density. The LG K52 captures clearer photographs and videos than HTC U Play, and although they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rates, the LG K52 also has a bigger diafragm aperture to capture better images in low light situations and a much more mega-pixels back camera.
The LG K52 features a greater storage to store more apps and games than HTC U Play, and although they both have a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG K52 also has 32 GB more internal storage. The LG K52 has a much better battery life than HTC U Play, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
