Galaxy C7 has a score of 77.7, which is a bit better than HTC U Play's score of 73.5. Although the Galaxy C7 is older and heavier than HTC U Play, it's body is still somewhat thinner. Samsung Galaxy C7's processor is very similar to the HTC U Play one, and although the Samsung Galaxy C7 has a greater amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.

The Galaxy C7 has a camera that's just as good as the HTC U Play one, and although the Galaxy C7 has a larger camera aperture to capture better photos and videos in low light situations, they both have the same video frame rates, the same video quality and a 16 mega pixels back facing camera.
