The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is way better than the HTC U Play's score of 73.5. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is notably newer than HTC U Play's, but it's somewhat thicker and a lot heavier. Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G features a bit better hardware performance than HTC U Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM.
