The Sony Xperia PRO has a score of 94.3, which is a lot better than HTC U Play's 73.5 global score. The Sony Xperia PRO construction is newer, but a lot heavier and noticeably thicker than the HTC U Play. Xperia PRO features a little bit better performance than HTC U Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia PRO also has a greater amount of RAM.
Xperia PRO features a sharper screen than HTC U Play, because it has a lot higher resolution of 1644 x 3840px, a lot better display density and a bigger display. The Xperia PRO has much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than HTC U Play, because although it has a SD extension slot that admits 976 GB smaller, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
The Sony Xperia PRO features a much longer battery performance than HTC U Play, because it has a 60 percent more battery size. Xperia PRO shoots better pictures and videos than HTC U Play, because although it has a lot lower 12 mega pixels resolution back camera, it also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a larger diafragm aperture to capture better captures and videos in poorly lited situations.
Although Sony Xperia PRO is a better device, it costs a lot more than HTC U Play, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as HTC U Play. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Sony Xperia PRO, else you can save a couple dollars and get the HTC U Play, resigning a couple specifications.
