The Sony Xperia XZs has a global score of 77.2, which is a little bit better than the HTC U Play's 73.5 global score. Even being the best in this review, Sony Xperia XZs is a just a little bit thicker and heavier cellphone than HTC U Play. Xperia XZs has a display that is very similar to the HTC U Play one, both have a better count of pixels per inch of screen, a same size screen and the same exact resolution of 1080 x 1920px.
The HTC U Play features a little bit better performance than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with 4 more processing cores (although they are slower). Sony Xperia XZs has a way better camera than HTC U Play, and although they both have a F2 camera aperture, the Sony Xperia XZs also has a better resolution back camera and a much better 3840x2160 video resolution.
HTC U Play counts with a lot bigger storage to store more games and applications than Xperia XZs, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory, the HTC U Play also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. Xperia XZs counts with just a bit better battery performance than HTC U Play, because it has 2900mAh of battery capacity against 2500mAh.
Although Xperia XZs is a better device, it costs a lot more than the HTC U Play, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC U Play. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the HTC U Play, letting go a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
