The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is slightly better than HTC U Play, getting a 76 score against 73.5. Xiaomi Mi Note 2's design is just a little bit thinner but somewhat heavier than the HTC U Play, and they were released with only a few months difference. Xiaomi Mi Note 2 and HTC U Play count with incredibly similar processing units, because although the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has less cores (although they are faster), it also counts with more RAM memory.
HTC U Play features a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, the HTC U Play also counts with a just a little better display pixels density. The HTC U Play counts with much more storage to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The HTC U Play captures just a bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, although it has a much worse 1920x1080 video quality and a much lower resolution back-facing camera, they both have the same diafragm aperture. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 counts with a really longer battery lifetime than HTC U Play, because it has 4070mAh of battery capacity.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 costs more than the HTC U Play, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
