Google Nexus 6P is just a bit better than the HTC U Ultra, getting a 79.6 score against 77. Although Google Nexus 6P is older and a little heavier than HTC U Ultra, it's construction is still just a little thinner. Google Nexus 6P has a better looking screen than HTC U Ultra. The HTC U Ultra features just a little better hardware performance than Google Nexus 6P, because it has a larger number of cores and a larger amount of RAM memory.
The HTC U Ultra features a bit better camera than Google Nexus 6P, because although it has a worse (4K) video resolution and a lower 12 mega pixels resolution camera, and they both have the same back-facing camera sensor size, the HTC U Ultra also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light photos.
The Google Nexus 6P has just a bit longer battery life than HTC U Ultra, because it has 3450mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
The Google Nexus 6P costs a little more than HTC U Ultra, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
