Google Pixel 3a XL has an overall score of 78.9, which is just a bit better than HTC U Ultra's global score of 77. Even though the Google Pixel 3a XL is a bit thicker than HTC U Ultra, it's just a bit lighter and notably newer. The Google Pixel 3a XL has a little faster processor than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Google Pixel 3a XL also has a higher number of cores.
HTC U Ultra has a little bit better screen than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixels number per display inch and a higher 1440 x 2560px resolution.
