The Huawei Mate X has an overall score of 89.4, which is much better than HTC U Ultra's score of 77. The Huawei Mate X design is extremely newer, but notably thicker and notably heavier than HTC U Ultra. The Huawei Mate X has a little faster processor than HTC U Ultra, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a larger number of cores.
The HTC U Ultra has just a bit better display than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a really smaller screen and a quite lower 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution, it also counts with a little better display pixels density. Huawei Mate X has a very superior memory to install games and applications than HTC U Ultra, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal memory capacity.
The HTC U Ultra features a slightly better camera than Huawei Mate X, although it has a way tinier sensor giving a way worse image quality and a camera with a much worse resolution, they both have a F1.8 camera aperture. Huawei Mate X has a much longer battery lifetime than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 3000mAh.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the HTC U Ultra, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the HTC U Ultra. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Huawei Mate X, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the HTC U Ultra, resigning a couple features and specifications.
