Huawei Mate Xs is better than HTC U Ultra, getting a global score of 91.6 against 77. Huawei Mate Xs's construction is incredibly newer, but noticeably thicker and a lot heavier than HTC U Ultra. Huawei Mate Xs features a little faster processor than HTC U Ultra, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores.
HTC U Ultra features just a bit better looking display than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a way smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1440 x 2560, it also counts with a just a little better quantity of pixels in each inch in the screen. Huawei Mate Xs has a much bigger memory to install games and applications than HTC U Ultra, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory.
Huawei Mate Xs shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the same aperture and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Huawei Mate Xs also has a way bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much higher resolution camera.
Huawei Mate Xs counts with a much longer battery lifetime than HTC U Ultra, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
