Comparison review

The HTC U Ultra is a little bit better than the LG G5, having a overall score of 77 against 76.1. HTC U Ultra's construction is newer, but a bit heavier and just a bit thicker than LG G5. The LG G5 features a bit better CPU than HTC U Ultra. Both of them have 4 cores and the same RAM amount. The LG G5 counts with a slightly better looking screen than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have an equal resolution of 1440 x 2560px, the LG G5 also counts with a little better pixel density.

LG G5 takes a bit better videos and photos than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor taking less light and dull colors, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the same video frame rates and a same size aperture, the LG G5 also counts with a camera with a way better 16 mega pixels resolution.

HTC U Ultra has a greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G5, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB, the HTC U Ultra also has 64 GB internal memory. The HTC U Ultra counts with a bit superior battery duration than LG G5, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2800mAh.

Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than LG G5, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G5. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the HTC U Ultra, else you can save a couple dollars and get the LG G5, letting go a couple specifications.
