HTC U Ultra has a general score of 77, which is slightly better than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo's score of 77. The HTC U Ultra design has the same weight and thickness than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo. Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a bit more vivid display than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a little bit less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a little bigger display.
HTC U Ultra features an extremely better CPU than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it has less RAM and less CPU cores. Motorola Edge 40 Neo captures much better videos and photos than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a same size aperture, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also has a camera with lot more megapixels and a way bigger back camera sensor.
HTC U Ultra has a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a much longer battery lifetime than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
