Comparison review

The HTC U Ultra is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A21, having a 77 score against 76.1. HTC U Ultra's design is lighter and a bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy A21, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before. The HTC U Ultra features a much better screen than Galaxy A21, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a way greater pixels amount per inch of screen and a way better 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution.

HTC U Ultra has a much bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy A21, because it has a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB and 32 GB more internal memory capacity. Galaxy A21 counts with just a bit better performance than HTC U Ultra, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores (and they are faster).

The HTC U Ultra has a slightly better camera than Samsung Galaxy A21, because although it has a back facing camera with lot less mega-pixels, and they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture, the HTC U Ultra also counts with a way bigger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.

The Samsung Galaxy A21 has superior battery performance than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.

Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy A21. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the HTC U Ultra, else you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy A21, giving up a couple features and specifications.
