The HTC U Ultra is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy A21, having a 77 score against 76.1. HTC U Ultra's design is lighter and a bit thinner than the Samsung Galaxy A21, despite of the fact that it was released 3 years before. Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy A21. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the HTC U Ultra, else you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy A21, giving up a couple features and specifications.
