Comparison review
Galaxy C7 is a bit better than HTC U Ultra, getting a score of 77.7 against 77. Even when Galaxy C7 and the HTC U Ultra were only released 9 months apart, Galaxy C7 is a bit lighter and somewhat thinner. HTC U Ultra counts with a little bit better screen than Galaxy C7, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the HTC U Ultra also has a better amount of pixels per screen inch and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560.
The HTC U Ultra counts with a much better storage for games and applications than Galaxy C7, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage, the HTC U Ultra also has a slot for SD memory cards that holds up to 1,95 TB. Samsung Galaxy C7 counts with a little bit better processing power than HTC U Ultra, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the Samsung Galaxy C7 also has a greater number of cores.
The Galaxy C7 has a bit superior battery life than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh. HTC U Ultra captures clearer pictures and videos than Galaxy C7, because although it has a camera with a much worse resolution, it also counts with a larger aperture for better photos in low-light situations and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution.
