The Galaxy M20 is just a bit better than HTC U Ultra, with a general score of 78.9 against 77. Galaxy M20's design is newer, but somewhat thicker and a little heavier than the HTC U Ultra. HTC U Ultra takes a little bit better photos and videos than Galaxy M20, because although it has a less MP camera, it also counts with a way higher video definition, a way larger sensor providing a way higher image quality and a larger diafragm aperture.
HTC U Ultra counts with a much bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy M20, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the HTC U Ultra also has a SD card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy M20 has a much longer battery lifetime than HTC U Ultra, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
