HTC U Ultra is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo, with a score of 77 against 70.5. HTC U Ultra's construction is much newer and just a bit thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo's, although it is a little heavier. The HTC U Ultra counts with a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 3 Neo, because although it has an inferior number of cores , it also counts with more RAM memory.

HTC U Ultra features a little bit better looking display than Galaxy Note 3 Neo, because it has a bit larger screen, a lot higher 1440 x 2560 resolution and a much greater pixels amount per inch in the screen. The HTC U Ultra counts with a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note 3 Neo, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB.

HTC U Ultra counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy Note 3 Neo, because it has a much bigger diafragm aperture for better low-light images and video, a way higher resolution camera in the back and a lot better (4K) video resolution. Galaxy Note 3 Neo features a bit better battery duration than HTC U Ultra, because it has 3100mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.

Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, HTC U Ultra is also a bit cheaper.
