The HTC U Ultra counts with a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Note 3 Neo, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB.
HTC U Ultra counts with a lot better camera than Galaxy Note 3 Neo, because it has a much bigger diafragm aperture for better low-light images and video, a way higher resolution camera in the back and a lot better (4K) video resolution. Galaxy Note 3 Neo features a bit better battery duration than HTC U Ultra, because it has 3100mAh of battery capacity against 3000mAh.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, HTC U Ultra is also a bit cheaper.
